Real estate has always been my enduring passion, and I bring decades
of hands-on experience and strategic problem-solving to every

Before transitioning to real estate in Brevard in 2014, I built my
reputation as a residential and commercial inspector, performing over
11,000 thorough property inspections. My work often focused on
environmental concerns and the resolution of “sick house syndrome,”
earning me the nickname “the mold man.” That background has given
me a sharp eye for property health and a unique perspective when
helping clients make informed decisions.
In addition to serving buyers and sellers,
